HELP BRING A NUÇI’S SPACE TO YOUR COMMUNITY
When Nuçi’s mom and our founder, Linda, and I began this journey over twenty-five years ago, we were determined to change the conversation around brain illness and suicide. Back then, stigma kept far too many people silent, isolated, and suffering alone. We wanted to build a place where musicians, students, and community members could find compassion, connection, and care—a place where hope thrives, and lives are saved.
Today, the way we discuss mental health has improved significantly. More people than ever are seeking help. This is a testament to growing awareness and the reduction of shame around brain illnesses. It’s inspiring to see artists openly sharing their struggles with brain illness, addiction, and anxiety on stage and in publications like Rolling Stone, Billboard, and Pitchfork. We are making progress, but our work is not done.
We want to share what we have learned during our journey and help others build and strengthen their music and arts communities. We are starting to plant the seeds for our dream to become a reality. Thank you for providing the sunlight and nourishment for these roots to take hold, for believing that tomorrow can be brighter. We look forward to helping build a culture of Nurturing, Understanding, Compassion, and Insight in your community.
