Conveniently located to downtown Athens, stepping into Nuçi’s Space feels like stepping into a separate world - one that captures the bustling creativity of our city, while remaining secluded enough to take a breath. 

Nuçi's Space offers a gathering place for communities of all kinds. Our main space is perfect for local organizations and trusted community partners looking to host business presentations, celebratory parties, fundraising and awareness events, and much more.

When you rent Nuçi’s Space you’re not just booking a cool venue with a disco ball, you’re investing in one of Athens’ most beloved community centers and supporting our critical work in suicide prevention and musician wellness.

Guidelines & Policies

  • A valid credit card, photo ID, and 50% deposit fee are required to reserve any private event dates.

  • Full payment will be required by the event date.

  • Event cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the event planning team at least 2 weeks prior to the event date for a refund to be considered.  

  • Event organizers are responsible for all event promotion/marketing (if applicable).

  • Set-up may take place in advance of the event time providing that Nuçi’s Space operations can proceed as usual.

  • Event setup and teardown times are included in the event rental rates.

  • No political events/religious ceremonies of any kind.

FAQ’s

  • Nuçi’s Space maximum capacity is 180 people.

    • You are welcome to park in any open spots next to our building. Additional parking is available after 5pm across the street at the UGA School of Social Work parking lot.*

    *Please Note: No parking before 5pm, on non-weekend home games, or on certain rare occasions. Please call UGA School of Social Work at 706-542-3364 if you are unsure of when you can park.


  • Availability is on a first come first serve basis, so we recommend reaching out early to secure your preferred date. Please note that our programming events take priority over private bookings, so we cannot guarantee availability on your preferred date.

  • Here at Nuçi’s Space, your event is considered a live show when tickets are available for sale to the public. A private event does not involve ticket sales, for example a closed event (meeting, party, etc.) or a show that is free to the public. If you are unsure whether your event is a live show or private event, you can contact us at space@nuci.org

  • While Nuçi’s Space has an emphasis on music, we host many other types of private events such as comedy shows, dance performances, birthday parties, organization events, and more!
