The Georgia Supreme court, in a 4-3 decision, has ruled that Nuçi’s Space is exempt from paying property taxes.

Thank you for your interest in our case. To be clear, this case is not a challenge to our IRS designation as a 501(c)3, charitable nonprofit. This dispute is strictly related to our exemption of local property taxes.
