I started volunteering after I wrote an article for The Red & Black about Nuçi’s Space. I was instantly fascinated by this organization that was so simply and honestly kind. I moved to Atlanta after graduating from the University of Georgia in 2000 and continued to help out at Nuçi’s Space. I worked as a producer and on-air talent for WQXI 790 The Zone until 2003 when I moved back to Athens to work for Nuçi’s Space. I still do voice work for 2 Live Stews, a sports-talk show that is nationally syndicated.
